Atlanta On Wheels is owned and operated by Jay Farlow.  Jay has been in luxury cars in Atlanta for over 20 years, most lately with RBM of Atlanta, the city's largest Mercedes dealership, for 13 years.  Prior to that time, Jay was with Nalley Lexus, involved in its start-up as Atlanta's first Lexus dealership in 1989.

Jay's personal credentials also include service and training, with a breadth of experience from his education at Miami (of Ohio) University in Technical Education, to stints as a trainer for major motorcycle and automobile manufacturers.  He was also the Service Manager for two important Atlanta area dealerships; Nalley Lexus and Ed Voyles Oldsmobile/Sterling.

When you engage AOW, Jay will apply this expertise to the challenge of helping you buy the right new or pre-owned car. By carefully assessing the strengths and weaknesses of the various brands and models from a technical point-of-view, he will help you make the best choice.  Clients can rely on his broad knowledge and analytical nature to help them determine the car that best meets their needs and desires.  And his insider knowledge of the costs and pricing of the retail car business helps him navigate through the clutter of offers and schemes to make sure his clients get the best deal available.

Jay has also been heavily involved in local high school programs which help parents of teen drivers get started right.  This awesome responsibility has made him acutely aware of the role of safety in choosing the best car for all drivers, especially younger ones.  At AOW, Jay is committed to offering a good choice of inexpensive but safe and reliable cars for the budget-minded driver, young or old.  You can rely on him to make sure that the car he helps you buy will, above all else, maximize the probability of a safe return home.

Jay has also been a lifelong motor vehicle enthusiast, and that extends to the two-wheeled variety as well.  As a former Motorcycle Safety Foundation instructor and now the Georgia distributor for Ciaobella scooters, Jay will to help the scooter novice get started with the right skills and techniques.

Jay's family includes two sons who live and work locally and his wife of 30 years, who is an tenured professor and administrator at Georgia Tech, as well as a menagerie of cats and a dog!
